Organic Natural Preserves

Monte Castello organic natural preserves are produced according to organic farming regulations, and as “natural” products, our preserves are free of artificial preservatives.

In fact, our ready-to-use pulses are preserved by brine consisting only of water and organic salt.

All the ingredients used for the preparation of these preserves are organic and contribute to obtaining a tasty and healthy final product: all you have to do is open the container, cook the pulses as you like, choosing whether to add other ingredients or whether to enjoy them in their simplicity and savour an excellent dish.
